Soccer training and recovery for ages 4+. Here’s what a session with ATLYD actually looks like.

Soccer Skills Training

This is the core of what we do. Technical work — ball control, passing accuracy, first touch, shooting, 1v1 moves — taught through drills that actually resemble the game, not just standing in lines waiting for a turn.

  • Small-sided games to apply what they just learned
  • Position-specific work for older athletes

  • Sessions grouped by age and level so nobody’s bored or overwhelmed

Speed, Agility & Conditioning

Fast feet win games. We run sport-specific fitness that makes kids quicker, more explosive, and harder to beat to the ball.

  • Agility ladder and cone work
  • Sprint mechanics and acceleration drills
  • Change-of-direction training
  • Endurance building through game-realistic intervals — not just running circles

Recovery & Injury Prevention

Most youth athletes don’t stretch properly, don’t cool down, and don’t know what their body is telling them until something hurts. We fix that.

  • Dynamic warm-up and structured cooldown every session
  • Flexibility and mobility routines
  • Basic injury prevention education
  • Guidance on rest, hydration, and when to push vs. when to back off
